What Druja is

Druja is an AI assistant that website owners add to their sites. This page explains what we keep about website owners (our customers) and about the visitors who use the assistant on their sites.

Website owners

We keep your name, email, a hashed password, your plan, your websites' settings and the text of the pages you ask us to index. We use them to run the service and to contact you about your account.

Visitors on our customers' websites

To answer, the assistant sends the visitor's messages and the visible text of the page they're on to Druja and to the AI provider that processes the request. Conversations are kept only in the visitor's browser tab.

For website owners we keep an anonymous activity log: the question, whether it was answered, and the page, for up to 30 days. It holds no names, IP addresses or cookies.

AI providers

Requests are processed by third-party AI providers. Their terms apply to the data they receive; some free tiers may use requests to improve their models. [List the providers you use here.]

Your choices

Delete your account any time from the dashboard: your websites, indexed pages and activity are deleted with it. Website owners can hide any part of their pages from the assistant.
